What a notice must contain
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
Identification of the material and where it appears, with enough detail for us to locate it.
Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Response time
We confirm receipt of a valid notice within 2 business days and act on it within 5. A notice that is incomplete goes back to you with a note on what is missing.
Counter-notices
If something you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same place, repeating the identifying details and adding a statement made under penalty of perjury.
