What we collect
Request a trial or contact us through the site and we take in the name, email address, device and optional WhatsApp number you enter, plus your IP address, which is logged purely to filter spam.
Order over WhatsApp and we see your WhatsApp display name and number and the plan you picked. Payment is handled by whichever provider you use, so your card details reach them, not us, and we never store them.
How we use it
We use it to set up and support your account, send your login, reply to your messages and remind you before a plan lapses. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anybody, for any purpose.
Cookies and analytics
The site runs lightweight, privacy-minded analytics that count visits and show which pages earn their keep. No advertising cookies are dropped. Block the analytics in your browser and the site behaves exactly the same.
Storage and retention
We keep account records while your plan is live and for 12 months after, so a renewal can reuse the same login, then remove them. Anything sent through a form is deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold on you, have it corrected, or have it erased. Just ask us on WhatsApp, and we respond within 30 days.
Security
Everything moves over HTTPS and sits on servers only the support team can reach. Your login is delivered to you over WhatsApp, so treat it as private and keep it to yourself.
