Most likely causes
- The playlist or Xtream Codes URL is wrong, expired or missing, so Televizo has nothing to load.
- No EPG (XMLTV) source is set, so channels play but the programme guide stays blank, which can look like a broken setup.
- The player is on a decoder the device does not handle well for that stream, so channels stutter or show a black screen.
- The buffer is too small for the connection, so playback keeps pausing to re-buffer.
- The network dropped or is weak, especially on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi far from the router.
Fixes, in the order to try them
Re-add or refresh the playlist. In Televizo open the playlists section, select your Orca4KTV playlist and refresh it, or remove it and add it again from your link. This clears a stale cache and re-checks that the URL is still valid.
Re-check the login details. Compare the M3U or Xtream Codes URL, and the username and password if you use an Xtream login, character for character against what Orca4KTV sent you. A single wrong character, an extra space, or the wrong http or https will stop the list loading.
Add the EPG source if the guide is blank. If channels play but the programme guide is empty, open the playlist settings and add the XMLTV (EPG) URL from your Orca4KTV details, then let it download. An Xtream Codes login often carries the guide on its own.
Switch the decoder. In Televizo settings look for the decoder or codec option and switch between hardware, hardware plus and software decoding, then reopen the channel. A stream that stutters or shows a black screen on one decoder often plays cleanly on another.
Raise the buffer size. In the playback or network settings increase the buffer so the app holds more of the stream before it plays. A larger buffer smooths out playback on a connection that dips, at the cost of a slightly longer wait when you change channel.
Strengthen the network path. Restart your router, move the device onto the 5 GHz band or a wired connection where possible, and close other heavy downloads. Constant buffering usually traces back to the connection rather than the app.
If Televizo still will not load with confirmed details, load the same login in a second app such as OTT Navigator or IPTV Smarters. If it works there, the Televizo install is the issue; if nothing plays anywhere, contact our desk to confirm your line.

Televizo not loading or buffering FAQ
Why will Televizo not load my channels?
Most often the playlist link is wrong or expired, or the cached copy is stale. Refresh or re-add the playlist and re-check the URL character for character. If you use an Xtream login, confirm the server, username and password are all correct.
Channels play but the guide is empty. How do I fix that?
That is an EPG problem, not a loading problem. Add the XMLTV (EPG) URL from your Orca4KTV details in the playlist settings, or use an Xtream Codes login, which often carries the guide automatically, then let it download.
Televizo keeps buffering. What helps most?
Raise the buffer size in the playback settings, switch the decoder between hardware and software, and strengthen the connection by going to 5 GHz Wi-Fi or wired. Buffering is usually a network or decoder issue rather than a subscription fault.
A channel shows a black screen with sound. Is that a decoder issue?
Often, yes. Try switching the decoder in Televizo and open the HD version of the channel rather than a 4K feed. Some devices cannot decode certain 4K or HEVC streams, so the audio plays while the picture stays black.
