Most likely causes
- The server URL or port is wrong or incomplete, so XCIPTV cannot reach the portal to sign in.
- The Xtream Codes username or password was typed with a small mistake, an extra space, or the wrong case.
- The subscription line has expired or reached its device or connection limit, so the login is refused.
- The app cache or a saved profile is stale after an update, so it keeps retrying with old data.
- The network dropped or a DNS or connection block is sitting between the app and the server at that moment.
Fixes, in the order to try them
Re-enter the server details slowly. In XCIPTV choose the Xtream Codes login and type the server URL, username and password exactly as Orca4KTV sent them. Include the http or https and the port number if one is given, for example the full server address with its port, and check for a stray space at the start or end of each field.
Confirm the login type matches your details. XCIPTV can log in by Xtream Codes, by M3U playlist URL, or by a single stream. If you have an Xtream server, username and password, use the Xtream Codes option; if you only have an M3U link, use the playlist option instead, as mixing them causes a login failure.
Check that the line is active and not over its limit. A login failed message often means the subscription has expired or that the maximum number of connections is already in use on other devices. Close the stream on any other device, then try again, and if it is due for renewal, sort that first.
Clear the app cache or the saved profile. In XCIPTV settings clear the cache, or delete the saved playlist or profile and add it again from scratch. A stale profile after an app update can keep failing even when the details are correct.
Restart the app and the network. Force close XCIPTV, restart your router, and reopen the app. If you can, switch to the 5 GHz Wi-Fi band or a wired connection, since a weak or dropping connection can look like a login failure.
Update or reinstall XCIPTV. Check your app store for an update, or remove and reinstall the app, then add the login again. This clears a corrupted install and makes sure you are on a build that still talks to the portal.
If the login still fails after all of this with details you have double-checked, load the same Xtream credentials in a second app such as OTT Navigator or IPTV Smarters. If they fail there too, message our desk so we can confirm the line and its connection limit from our side.

XCIPTV not working or login failed FAQ
What does login failed mean in XCIPTV?
It usually means the app reached out with the details it has but the server would not accept them. That points at a wrong server URL or port, a mistyped username or password, an expired line, or a connection limit already in use, rather than the app itself being broken.
Which server URL and port do I enter?
Use the exact server address and port from your Orca4KTV Xtream Codes details, including http or https. If you are unsure, ask our desk to resend them, and paste rather than retype to avoid a stray character.
Could my subscription being in use elsewhere block the login?
Yes. If your plan has a device or connection limit and those are already in use, a new login can be refused. Close the stream on the other devices, then sign in again, or ask us about adding more connections.
The app opens but will not load anything. Is that the same fix?
Broadly, yes. Start by re-checking the server URL and login details, clear the cache or re-add the profile, and restart the network. If it still will not load with confirmed details, test the same login in another app to tell an app problem from a line problem.
