Most likely causes
- The playlist or Xtream Codes URL is wrong, expired or was typed with a small mistake, so the app has nothing to load.
- The playlist was added in the wrong format, for example as a plain M3U when an Xtream Codes login would pull the full list, so channels are missing or incomplete.
- The playlist cache is stale after a provider update, so old or empty data is being shown.
- The network dropped or is too weak for smooth playback, especially on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi far from the router, which shows up as constant buffering.
- The player is on a decoder or buffer setting the device struggles with for that stream, or a single channel is only offered in 4K on hardware that cannot decode it.
Fixes, in the order to try them
Refresh the playlist first. Open the menu, go to Playlists, select your Orca4KTV playlist and use the refresh or update option so OTT Navigator fetches a fresh copy. A stale cache after a provider update is a common reason a once-working list suddenly shows nothing.
Re-check the login details. Compare the M3U or Xtream Codes URL, and the username and password if you use an Xtream login, character for character against what Orca4KTV sent you. A single wrong letter, an extra space, or http where it should be https will stop the list loading.
Try the Xtream Codes login instead of a bare M3U. If you added a plain M3U link and the list is incomplete, remove it and add the playlist as an Xtream Codes login using the server URL, username and password from your details. This usually pulls the full channel and guide set more reliably.
Test whether it is one channel or all of them. Open three or four channels from different groups. If most play and only some buffer, the line is fine and those feeds or their quality are the issue, so skip to the buffer and decoder step. If nothing loads at all, the playlist or network is the more likely cause.
Ease the buffering settings. In OTT Navigator look for the buffer, network or decoder options and try increasing the buffer size, or switch the decoder between hardware and software. Some devices play a stream smoothly on one decoder and stutter on the other.
Strengthen the network path. Restart your router, move the device onto the 5 GHz band or a wired connection where possible, and close other heavy downloads. Constant buffering most often traces back to a weak or busy connection rather than the app.
If the list is still empty after a refresh and a re-check of the URL, load the same login in a second app or on another device. If it works there, the first install is the issue; if nothing plays anywhere, contact our desk so we can confirm your line.

OTT Navigator not loading channels FAQ
Why is my OTT Navigator channel list empty?
Most often the playlist link is wrong or expired, or the cached copy is stale after a provider update. Refresh the playlist and re-check the URL character for character. If it is still empty, try adding it as an Xtream Codes login rather than a plain M3U.
Does buffering mean my subscription is the problem?
Not usually. Buffering is far more often a network issue, a weak Wi-Fi signal, or a 4K feed on hardware that struggles with it. Restart the router, move closer or go wired, and try the HD version of the channel before assuming the line is at fault.
M3U or Xtream Codes: which should I use in OTT Navigator?
Both work, but an Xtream Codes login often pulls the full channel list and the programme guide together and refreshes more cleanly, so it is worth trying if a plain M3U link gives you an incomplete or empty list.
Some channels play and others do not. Why?
That points at the individual feeds rather than your setup. A channel may be temporarily down or offered only in 4K on a device that cannot decode it. Open the HD version of the same channel and it will usually play.
